How should early hours of work be paid?

For two years I worked from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, for 1.5 years now I've been working from 4 AM to 2:30 PM. This is catering, I am a cook.

How should early working hours be paid?

Overtime must be paid after 7 hours of work during nighttime, if two hours of the shift fall within the period 22:00 – 06:00.

04:00 – 11:00, 7 hours – 100%

11:00 – 13:00, 2 hours – 125%

13:00 – 14:30, 1.5 hours – 150% (minus 0.5 break)
