Severance Pay
Is it possible to prove that my dismissal was forced?
I worked at a small private enterprise for 5.5 years. All these years, I received my salary with delays. Initially, it was by 5-10 days, and in recent years, by a month or more. I repeatedly spoke with the owner, and twice wrote him letters. Bank statements are available. As a result, I resigned. Is it possible to prove that my resignation was forced? Is it possible to receive compensation?

You can claim severance pay due to deterioration of working conditions. More than one instance of salary delay is sufficient grounds to resign and receive severance pay and other social benefits.
