Annual Leave
Vacations, Absences, and Sick Days
How many annual leave days is an employee entitled to?

The accrual of vacation days is contingent upon the employee's seniority and the length of their work week. In the first five years of employment, a full-time employee (5 days a week) is entitled to a minimum of 12 net vacation days per year (not including weekends). The entitlement gradually increases with seniority.
