Is it lawful to compel someone to write a letter of resignation?

I committed a breach of discipline at work, for the first time in two years of employment, and for this, I was deprived of a bonus of 800 ILS. And they are forcing me to write a letter of resignation of my own free will; I do not want to write such a letter. Do they have the right to dismiss me without issuing a letter of dismissal? What is the legal course of action in this situation?

No one can force you to write a voluntary resignation letter. Demand a termination letter and severance pay from the employer. If he does not provide such a letter and does not pay pitzuim within 14 days, go to court.
