Dismissal from Iria

I received a letter of dismissal from the municipality of Lod (effective December 1, 2004), having worked there for 10 years. To this day, I have not received any information from the municipality regarding the terms of my dismissal and no payments. What does the law say about this? If I have not yet been paid compensation, does this not oblige the municipality to pay me a salary? As I was told, there is a court ruling regarding this municipality. Compensation must be paid to all dismissed employees by December 15th. Otherwise, they must be rehired. If this is true, then where can I find out about it? Will the court provide this information?
