When will I be considered terminated at the employer's initiative?

Worked in a large, well-known firm (private). From 10.02.2022 to 14.11.2022, received a letter — end of season. From 15.11.2022 to 9.05.2023 was at home (waiting for a call). From 10.05.2023 to 28.11.2024 worked there again and again — end of season. Waiting for a call. How is it possible to receive severance pay and for what period, how to receive provident fund contributions in full, as well as all other payments (pension fund, advanced training fund). After what period of "sitting" at home will I be considered dismissed at the employer's initiative?
