How to resign without losing rights to severance pay?
I have been working for 2 years in one place, in one company. I am often on sick leave, and I was transferred to a more difficult job. Due to my health condition, I cannot continue working (the doctor does not provide a certificate). I want to resign. How to properly resign without losing the right to severance pay?
