Am I entitled to compensation?

I live in Haifa and have been working at the local branch of "Ashmira" company for 7 years. I am going to get married and move to Kiryat Shmona, to my future wife's place of residence. 1. Are they obligated to pay me severance pay, or do they have the right to transfer me to another branch at my new place of residence? 2. If I am forced to transfer to a new branch, then: a) within what period of time are they obligated to provide me with work? b) should this job's salary correspond to the one I had during my entire period of work at the old location? 3. Is the management of the Haifa branch obligated to pay me the due vacation pay and recuperation allowance in this case?
