Contributions to pension and/or manager's insurance from full salary paid to an employed worker for the period of their employment with a public or private employer, and also, to a self-employed person for their payments to a pension fund. Every male employee who has reached 21 and female employee who has reached 20 are entitled to contributions for pension insurance (pension fund, provident fund or manager's insurance). Employer contributions for comprehensive pension from the monthly salary starting from month 01/2017: • Employee contributions - 6% • Employer contributions – 6.5% • Employer contributions for severance pay – 6% * The contribution amount may change according to collective agreements, extension orders according to employment sector, and according to a personal employment contract.
