Is it possible to prove that my dismissal was forced?
I worked at a small private enterprise for 5.5 years. All these years, I received my salary with delays. Initially, it was by 5-10 days, and in recent years, by a month or more. I repeatedly spoke with the owner, and twice wrote him letters. Bank statements are available. As a result, I resigned. Is it possible to prove that my resignation was forced? Is it possible to receive compensation?

Is the non-transfer of money to the pension fund considered a deterioration of working conditions?
I received a letter from the insurance company stating that the employer is not remitting money to the pension fund (Bituach Manaalim). Is this considered a deterioration of working conditions with the right to resign and receive severance pay (pitzuim)?

Does the cessation of contributions to the Keren Ishtalmut constitute a deterioration of working conditions?
After 8 years of work at the enterprise, we were notified that the employer is ceasing contributions to the Keren Ishtalmut. As far as I understand, this can be considered a deterioration of working conditions, and consequently, I am entitled to receive severance pay. I should note that besides the fact that we were given a letter of notification, we were not asked for any acknowledgment of receipt or agreement (at least for now). I would like to resign and receive severance pay, but I have not yet found another job. Question: how long can I delay the moment of submitting my resignation letter? Could the employer not claim that I submitted the letter too late (for example, two months after the notification), therefore my resignation is not connected to the deterioration of working conditions, and consequently I am not entitled to severance pay?

Is labor law violated?
I teach at a music school (conservatory) since 2003. Numerous violations have occurred regarding wage payment. I will list them: public holidays are not paid, no pension program has been opened, dmei avra'a are calculated based on the full rate of a regular employee, and not from the teacher's rate (according to the collective agreement), the employee's portion is not deducted for the keren pitzuim, salary is deposited into the account on the 11th-12th of the month. Do all these violations give me the right to resign and receive pitzuim? If the amount in the keren pitzuim is much less than what would have been accumulated by multiplying the salary by the number of years of employment, due to the fact that my portion was not deducted, will the school be obligated to supplement the pitzuim?
